Orpington to John O' Groats and back
Over the last two years I have ran just over 1,400 miles, an average of 700miles per annum, or about 13-14 miles a week This is equivalent to running from Orpington to John O' Groats and back or to look at it another way I ran a half marathon each week.
I am a qualified Tai Chi Teacher and with fellow Teacher Chris Mowen run Freeflow Body Solutions Tai Chi. I started running a few years ago and I have run four marathons: Beachy Head, New York, London and Marafun.I am working on improving my running by incorporating Tai Chi. I also study Karate.
