A nice little 5 miler
Tuesday night I ran with the running club, went with one of the slower groups and we did a very nice 5 miler. Really nice just to chill out and have a chat. Even though it was the slower group there were a few people running London who really just wanted to have a nice easy run.

I have never seen so many people in the "Slower" group at my club yesterday and then it has dawned on me that 2 very big marathons are happening soon ;-)
