Calcium - Bones - Milk/Orange juice/Broccoli
Iron - Haemoglobin in the blood- Red Meat/Broccoli/Fortified Cerals
I am a qualified Tai Chi Teacher and with fellow Teacher Chris Mowen run Freeflow Body Solutions Tai Chi. I started running a few years ago and I have run four marathons: Beachy Head, New York, London and Marafun.I am working on improving my running by incorporating Tai Chi. I also study Karate.
