Every journey begins with the first step
Today was the first day of my training programme for London. Initial run was 3miles in 27.07.It is still very slippery. Definitely like these short runs.
I am a qualified Tai Chi Teacher and with fellow Teacher Chris Mowen run Freeflow Body Solutions Tai Chi. I started running a few years ago and I have run four marathons: Beachy Head, New York, London and Marafun.I am working on improving my running by incorporating Tai Chi. I also study Karate.
