I am a qualified Tai Chi Teacher and with fellow Teacher Chris Mowen run Freeflow Body Solutions Tai Chi. I started running a few years ago and I have run four marathons: Beachy Head, New York, London and Marafun.I am working on improving my running by incorporating Tai Chi. I also study Karate.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I feel like I am due for a bit of breakthrough in the next couple of months and that keeps me going.
