Another 5
I have a 18 mile run planned for tomorrow and went out this afternoon for a steady 5 miles (average pace 9.45) in preparation for tomorrow. This will bring this weeks total mileage up to 40.
I am a qualified Tai Chi Teacher and with fellow Teacher Chris Mowen run Freeflow Body Solutions Tai Chi. I started running a few years ago and I have run four marathons: Beachy Head, New York, London and Marafun.I am working on improving my running by incorporating Tai Chi. I also study Karate.
